With a strong building and renovation background this was the perfect fit for Bart to continue helping clients to make a informed decision on purchasing a home. Bart is a ticketed carpenter since 1985 with many years of experience in building and renovating homes. He is an accredited home inspector with the Home Inspectors Association of B.C. and has over 3500 completed inspections. Bart is also a licensed home inspector with Consumer Protection of B.C.

Fairlane inspections reports are computer based and provided by Horizon with many great pictures and documentation of the actual home or building. Bart's attention to detail and followup after the Inspection are part of his great inspection service.
